The New Business Opportunity Management System – or NBOM -- provides our organization with an effective tool to manage our territory from Contact Management to the individual Part Numbers that make up the customer's BOM. NBOM is a tool developed internally over 10-years ago. It has undergone countless enhancements based on inputs from field personnel, principals, distributors and customers. The NBOM System is arguably, the most robust, detailed and effective modular Opportunity Tracking System in the Rep Industry today.
The NBOM System provides our personnel with valuable and timely information as well as cutting edge tools that allow for the systematic development of new business opportunities. Whether the product is commodity oriented or engineered from the conceptual stage, our system tracks all of the key information needed during the process. Whether it is detail information on the competition quoted price, status of sample submission or tracking of the prototype or production order date, NBOM ensures that all individuals involved have access to all critical information -- with minimal duplication. All opportunities are tracked "womb-to-tomb," from the time they are identified to the time of final disposition.

The heart of our system is the Part Number Profile Screen, which provides access to all the information a sales person needs to effectively address the opportunity, including: part numbers, pricing, EAU, opportunity status, follow-up dates, call report, competitive G2, quote history, registered distribution and much much more.
